It took 3 hours and several houses but our client did find "the one" and let me tell you it is downright fantastic !!!! It has 110,000.00 in upgrades that are free. I would have loved to purchase this home. 2700 sq feet of luxury. Apparently the original buyer purchased the lot and the plans with all of the upgrades including a pool with two waterfalls going into it and then at the moment of truth, the financing just didn't come through so the builder was stuck with the house and wanted to undload it quick. This is a $400,000.00 + home priced at $299,909.00 Our clients are the first back up offer on the home so if the original offer can't qualify for financing it will go to our clients. Cross your fingers as this family is just neat. They have 15 grandchildren in town and they all love their grandma and grandpa and visit all the time. Anyway here is the house and the park just across the street.
Steven is pretty proud of himself and made it clear that the offer extended by the family for us to come over for a bbq and a swim was accepted. As for Scott and I we are pretty excited to have sold another home (we hope) and we look forward to selling another 1 or two this week.

Dang. We are living in the wrong area. I don't even want to tell you what that house would go for up here. Out of our current price range, that is for sure.

It's listed at $210k (thanks to the wonderful market right now *gag*). A couple months ago ours would have sold closer to $240k. I would gladly trade up for that house at that price! haha
