Our new additions will be born in the next 24 hours wooohooo. Mom went into labor this morning and now we are in the waiting phase. In the mean time we have hired the movers and we have been packing like wild people and assisting with the cleaning of our new home. It was a big ole 1800 square foot dust ball. Did I mention that I hate packing? We should be done with it all soon and then we get to unpack...that would be my second least favorite thing to do. :)
oh well....back to American Idol then bed.

What an Awesome day
My day was so great today. It all started with Scott cleaning both bathrooms (we are talking really cleaning) the kitchen, and he mopped all of the floors in the house. I stayed in bed late to get some extra sleep to get over this dreadful cold. Next my men cut the cheese (nooo noo noo, not that cheese, the cheddar and jack cheese) and arranged them with various crackers for the Mary Kay Glamour party that was to take place at 11:00am. We got the wine open the coffee brewing the soda chillin and the table set up to get beautiful. Then the calls 0f cancellation started coming in. EVERYONE has this yucky cold but they are two days behind me, I didn't have the heart to tell them that it is going to get much much worse.
So we put all the fixin's away, showed a property to a client of ours, and went to the pet store to see all the cute animals. We spent a long time in the pet store talking with the parrots, petting "Tank" the huge turtle, tickled the kitties, and kissed the puppies. Next we went to Sonic for the best banana cream pie milkshake on earth oh and some chicken strips for lunch. Once our bellies were full we headed over to Mooney Park where we proceeded to feed 4 loafs of bread to the ducks and canadian geese. They were hungry little suckers too. Steven was feeding out of his hand and wasn't the least bit afraid, not even when they were coming up two and three at a time. Steven then went to one of the play apparatasus and got out lot's of energy.
The weather was incredible as it was 70 degrees with a light breeze. We actually had to turn on the air conditioner in the car. (It's February for Pete's sake) We wandered through Costco for a while then decided to come home. The boys are outside playing kickball so I can have a moment of peace to do my blogging. I am thrilled that we picked up a rotisserie chicken and a ceaser salad while at Costco so dinner will be a snap. All things considered I can officially say that I was spoiled rotten today by my favorite guys.
My day would have been perfect if I had remembered to take the camera so I could capture the highlights of the day. I am going to take it to the car as soon as I am done so I won't miss anymore moments. Speaking of picutres, I am shocked at all of the daffodils in bloom right now and the tulips are up and I image will be blooming by months end. Oh and did I mention that the trees are budding? I am going to try to take some pictures and get them posted so I can bring a little spring to those in Washington right now. Oh there went the ice cream truck....and there are my men running after it....and they scored what looks like a popsicle.
Well I better get dinner out of their containers and on the table for dinner. Tonight the packing begins. Arrrrgggg. I hate the moving process.

Hello
Sorry for the delay in posting all. We have been very busy now that people are realizing that it really is the best time to purchase a home. Mom Dad Steven and I took Scott on a suprise cruise for his birthday and we had a fantastic time!!! I will post pictures soon. We drove into town at 4:00pm on Monday and we received a call from a new client wanting to see a property at 5:30pm. And we have been crazy busy ever since. We have taken on 4 more clients this week and we are soooo blessed as they are all really sweet families to work with.
Here is a funny that mom and dad sent my way that I wanted to share with all of our friends, I hope you giggle as much as I did.
Wisdom of the ages:
Birds of a feather flock together and crap on your car.
A penny saved is a government oversight.
The real art of conversation is not only to say the right thing at the right time, but also to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment.
The older you get, the tougher it is to lose weight, because by then your body and your fat have gotten to be really good friends.
The easiest way to find something lost around the house is to buy a replacement.
He who hesitates is probably right.
Did you ever notice: The Roman Numerals for forty (40) are ' XL.'
If you think there is good in everybody, you haven't met everybody.
If you can smile when things go wrong, you have someone in mind to blame.
The sole purpose of a child's middle name is so he can tell when he's really in trouble.
There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it. For example I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.
Did you ever notice: When you put the 2 words 'The' and 'IRS' together it spells 'Theirs?'
Aging: Eventually you will reach a point when you stop lying about your age and start bragging about it.
The older we get, the fewer things seem worth waiting in line for.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way.
I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
When you are dissatisfied and would like to go back to youth, think of Algebra.
You know you are getting old when everything either dries up or leaks.
One of the many things no one tells you about agingis that it is such a nice change from being young.
Ah, being young is beautiful, but being old is comfortable.
First you forget names, then you forget faces. Then you forget to pull up your zipper. It's worse when you forget to pull it down.
Long ago when men cursed and beat the ground with sticks, it was called witchcraft.Today, it's called golf.
Lord, keep your arm around my shoulder and your hand over my mouth...AMEN..!!
Make it a great day !!!!!!
