Another happy buyer. I am excited to say that Steven and I found this house over the weekend for our buyers and they fell in love with it when Scott took them to see it today. It is a pretty sweet deal 80k in upgrades and it looks like we are getting it for 310k rather then the 435k asking price (ya just gotta love a buyers market !!) it was built spring of 2007. We should have confirmation on Friday of this week. We decided to celebrate with Baskin Robbins cause rocky road was calling our names.
I didn't get to put out my fall decor over the weekend so I may tackle that project in the morning before I head out to the office. I'll let ya know how that goes, it feels weird to put fall decor up in the house when it is 96 degrees outside during the day and 70 degrees at night.
Well time to do some research for some clients we got today then off to bed.

If we got 125K less than our asking price for our townhouse I think I might just jump off a bridge. YIKES! Great for the buyer but YIKES!

We got a sweet lot in the new development. It's a corner lot and there is a park going in that will be right behind our house! Fun times. ;)
